Making decisions is hard, in work, school, relationships, and everything in between. It’s especially hard to make good decisions when you feel pressure to follow the crowd, fit in, or do your job. In these situations, we need to have a way to step back, think things through, and make a decision that we can live with, today, tomorrow, and for the rest of our lives.
