Student Information

The Carson College Career Networking Night is designed and targeted toward business students, but other majors are more than welcome to join! Employers from regional and global companies attend this event looking for ambitious and motivated candidates for internships and full-time jobs.

Career Networking Night will be hosted in person at the CUB Sr. Ballroom on the Pullman campus. Dress code is business professional.

All Majors:

The Academic Success & Career Center (ASCC) and career offices across campus organize prep workshops leading up to Career Expo week. View upcoming ASCC programs and explore campus-wide sessions in Handshake events.

Employer Information

The Carson College Career Networking Night connects business students to their employment or internship opportunities.
This event will be hosted in person on Monday, February 10, 2025, 4:30-7 p.m. PST.

Who Attends Career Networking Night?

WSU undergraduate business students from 11 majors. Other majors are welcome to attend as well.

How to Register your Company

To register for Career Networking Night, click here. Your company’s registration, payments, and representative details will be managed on the Handshake platform.

Registration Cost for Employers

All registrations include:

  • Choice of either a tall bistro table or an 8-foot table
  • Catered refreshments during the event
  • On-campus parking
  • Post-event reception for recruiters

Premium Registration: $625
(only 6 spots available, register until December 11 at 5 p.m.)
Additional benefits include:

  • Extra on-campus marketing promoting your campus visit
  • First choice location of your table at the event
  • Priority scheduling for spring on-campus info sessions and interviews
  • Early access to registration for future networking events

Regular Registration
(register until January 29 at 5 p.m.)

  • Corporate Rate: $325
  • Non-profit/Government: $175
  • WSU Department Rate: $150

Space is limited. Event registration ends on January 29, unless the registration limit is reached first.

You may pre-ship booth materials to the address below via FedEx, UPS, or DHL:

IMPORTANT:
Recruiters are preferred to return their materials. We can offer assistance in returning materials if provided with a return shipping label. For proper and timely return of your materials, enclose a pre-paid return label in the original box, and we will send it back after the event. Please allow several business days for your parcel to ship out.
