In the face of an ever-changing and diversifying world, we are looking for any way that we can to be more inclusive and respectful of others. This is not an easy thing to do or something where we tend to get lasting results. It’s time for us to stop looking for a quick fix and start building a culture of empathy and love. This presentation will teach participants to lean into the hard conversations and tough issues, as empathy is equal parts: bravery, love, and accountability. We will discuss how to focus on solutions rather than dwell on problems to positively shift our culture. Empathy and love can help us get those results.
