PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University (WSU) is proud to announce an educational partnership with its neighbor, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. WSU and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. have come together to make earning a distinguished business education more affordable for the diverse population of engineers, assemblers and administrators at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. employees and their spouses interested in earning an online MBA or Executive MBA from the WSU Carson College of Business will receive 10 percent in tuition assistance and a waived application fee. These partnerships reflect what it means to be a model for public business education—our mission is to make our degrees accessible to those willing and able to earn them,” said Chip Hunter, Carson College dean. “By extending eligibility to spouses of employees, we’ll provide business education to an even greater number of motivated students.”
“It’s a delight to once again collaborate with one of our key industry partners to provide this opportunity for Schweitzer employees and their spouses to benefit from the outstanding resources of our Carson College of Business,” said WSU President Kirk Schulz. “This agreement is an example of the innovative and entrepreneurial approach that will characterize the success of the Drive to 25, our initiative to achieve recognition as one of the nation’s top 25 public research universities by 2030.”
