“Building Stronger Futures Through Industry Engagement” is the theme of Dividend 2025. Over the past year, successful entrepreneurs and industry leaders including IT Cosmetics founder Jamie Kern Lima (’00), venture capitalist Jeff Kearl, and Hanford field contractors have helped us shape students’ critical thinking about business and their professional skills. All delivered powerful message to students—daring them to dream big and persevere through any challenges that stand in their path.
