  • Career Coaching: General career advising in a one-on-one sessions to explore career paths, set goals, and develop a personalized strategy for success.
  • Resume and Cover Letter Reviews: Expert feedback to create standout documents tailored to your career goals.
  • Interview Preparation: Mock interviews and tips to help you build confidence and ace the real thing.
  • Internship and Job Search Assistance: Guidance on finding opportunities that align with your major and professional aspirations using LinkedIn, Handshake and other job boards.
  • Networking Support: Learn strategies for building professional connections and leveraging LinkedIn.
  • Career/Major Exploration: Discover your strengths, interests, and potential career paths through professional assessments and other tools.
  • Amplifier Planning: Career advisors work with students to plan their Carson Career Amplifier Program in alignment with their career goals, including selecting a high-impact learning experience.

How to schedule an appointment

Undergraduate Students

  1. Visit handshake -> Login using WSU Network ID
  2. Select Carson College of Business – WSU Pullman
  3. Select appointment type: Online or In Person
  4. Select preferred day/time
  5. Add some notes about the help you are requesting (e.g., “searching for a summer internship in Seattle” or “resume review” or “High Impact Learning Experience brainstorming” etc.)

MBA/EMBA Students

  1. Visit wsu.instructure.com -> Login using WSU Network ID
