This module is designed to help you better understand the physical plant and maintenance to house, support, and provide a robust environment for senior living. This module will cover the basics of buildings and grounds, maintenance, inventory, safety/security, and tomorrow’s buildings.
Leadership
Emphasizes modeling servant leadership, emotional intelligence, and balanced scorecard principles to cultivate a healthy organizational culture while executing strategic plans and allocating resources effectively.
