Thank you for considering Washington State University’s Hospitality Catering Services for your catering needs.  With our student managed operation our goal is to showcase the future leaders of the hospitality industry and WSU’s bounty of quality products.


Event Scheduling

To provide you with the best service we recommend that all arrangements for WSU Hospitality Catering Services be made 30 days prior to the event.  We will do our best to accommodate events scheduled after that time.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made five working days prior to event date.  Any cancellations past the deadline will have a fee to cover incurred labor and product costs.

Room Rental

 Service Charge

Service fee is 18% of the total event cost.

Service Staff

There is an additional $15.00 per hour labor charge for extra service staff if necessary.

Bar & Bartenders

There is an additional $35.00 per hour labor charge for bartenders and glassware.

Linens and Skirting

All events catered by Hospitality Catering Services include linens and skirting for buffet tables and served meals.

Decorations

Host is responsible for providing all decorations and flowers unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance.

Taxes

Taxes at a rate of 7.8% may apply for non university-sponsored events.

Rentals

Events may require the rental of additional equipment.  All additional charges will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in the event contract.

Delivery Fees

There is a delivery charge for all events outside of Todd 268.  Deliveries within Todd Hall will be $20.00. Deliveries outside of Todd Hall will be $40.00.

Offsite Events

The rental of additional equipment, extra labor, china, flatware, glassware etc. will incur an extra charge.  All additional charges will be mutually agreed upon and outlined in the event contract.
