Abhijay Reddy Dodda is a program specialist for the School of Hospitality Business Management at WSU. He graduated from the Carson College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and previously worked in business development and project finance. During his time at WSU, Dodda also served as a student manager with Dining Services, leading staff training and daily operations. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, being outdoors, cooking, and gardening.


Brad Jenkins is an administrative assistant 3 for Carson College’s Department of Accounting. He received his bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Central Washington University and his master’s degree in management and leadership from Purdue University. Previously, Jenkins worked as a director and massage therapist in Las Vegas. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, golfing, and is an avid sports fan.

Libby Melcher is an event and production manager with a decade of experience designing and producing events. She has successfully planned and executed a wide range of events in her career—from music festivals and fashion shows to professional conferences and virtual experiences. She is passionate about creating exceptional event experiences that build community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working with her horses, gardening, and pursing creative projects. She is excited to continue her events career at Washington State University with the Carson College of Business.

Ally Sullings is an administrative assistant for the Department of Management, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining WSU, she spent five years in health care management overseeing operations for three eye clinics, and she also worked as an optician. When she’s not at work, she enjoys running, camping, kayaking, creating art, and collecting tiny animal figurines. She shares her home with her husband, Kyle, and their dog, Lucci, who keeps life entertaining.
