Do you have an interest in Italian and French gastronomy? Imagine being able to create a delicious meal of traditional Tuscan or Lyonnaise recipes … serving wine using traditional French techniques … experiencing innovations in coffee and tea service, cuisine, mixology and winery practices. Now in its seventh year, the Food, Wine and Culture program has been expanded to include both Italy and France. This program will enable you to gain this expertise at the Apicius International School of Hospitality (Florence, Italy) and the Institute Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France).
