Business Plan Competition

Apply your expertise to a real-world entrepreneurial venture in the annual Business Plan Competition.

Networking events

Introduce yourself to potential employers at the Carson College’s exclusive Career Networking Night,  and at the university-wide WSU Career Expo on the following day.

Lectures and symposia

Deepen your understanding of current issues in information technology by attending the annual Business Technology Symposium. Broaden your perspective surrounding various business issues by attending guest lectures throughout the year. Recent guest speakers have included Nobel laureates, top corporate executives, chief economists, and military generals.


You’ll have opportunities to participate in exclusive training sessions involving a variety of leading companies. Hosts of previous sessions have included business and technology consultants at Slalom Consulting, data management experts at Tableau Software, and others.

Recreational activities

Get set for fun! Rafting, hiking, skiing, and a trip to Europe are among the other activities scheduled throughout the year for MBA students.
