Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this inaugural edition of the Crimson Compass, I am pleased to share a collection of stories highlighting the success and progress of the International Business Institute<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin, we are proud to feature two of our first-generation students, Hingry Mendez<\/a> and Oswaldo Medellin<\/a>, who built their confidence and global perspective through study abroad programs in France and Thailand. We are also excited to recognize our faculty who have recently led an innovative, short-term study abroad program in Panama<\/a>, developed a novel international sales course<\/a>, and participated in faculty development programs<\/a> in Ireland, Morocco, and India designed to enhance teaching and research in international business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we are delighted to welcome several new International Business Advisory Board members<\/a> who bring fresh vitality, vision, and perspectives that will facilitate opportunities for business students in a global marketplace.
