Sliced meats to include ham, turkey, roast beef, salami
Sliced cheese to include cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, provolone, pepper jack.
Assorted breads, Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pesto mayonnaise,
Mustard, horseradish sauce, tomatoes, sliced red onions, and lettuce.
Buffet also includes grape clusters, Chefs specialty house gluten free salad, artisan dill pickle,
Chips, fresh baked large cookie, and ice water

We will create a buffet to include an assortment of sandwiches, soups, and/or salads utilizing the best products available. By giving the chefs the freedom to be creative, you and your guest are sure to be pleasantly surprised. It will be our pleasure to also create options for individuals with dietary restrictions. All you have to do is chose two of the categories above create your own buffet menu and then let us cook.

The prices include food, labor, service charge, and linens for buffet tables.
All buffets include disposable service items.

We will create a buffet to include an assortment of two different appetizers (2 pieces of each for a total of 4 pieces per guest) and one platter, utilizing the best products available. By giving the chefs the freedom to be creative, you and your guest are sure to be pleasantly surprised. It will be our pleasure to also create options for individuals with dietary restrictions. All you have to do is chose to allow us to be creative, and then let us cook.


Room rental charges may apply and there will be an 18% service charge for all events.


The School of Hospitality Catering Services prides itself on using quality local products whenever possible. This includes WSU’s beef, Cougar cheeses, organic produce, honey, wheat & grains, and Ferdinand’s ice cream. Our goal is to showcase the best of WSU while giving our students practical experience in sustainable practices.
