WSU’s School of Hospitality lunch “outside the box”

 

Lunch includes one sandwich, fresh fruit, chips,

Chefs specialty gluten free house salad, artisan dill pickle, fresh baked large cookie, and iced water

These menu items can be boxed at no additional cost however there will only be one salad served in the box with a fresh grape cluster

All of our meats are prepared in house only using the highest quality products.

House Smoked Turkey

Havarti Cheese and jalapeno preserves served on ciabatta roll

 WSU Wagyu Roast Beef

Swiss cheese, horseradish aioli, French Dijon mustard, tomato, lettuce on a ciabatta roll

 Chicken Pesto

Grilled chicken, pesto mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, Lettuce on a ciabatta roll

 Caprese

Fresh Mozzarella, tomato jam, balsamic glaze and pesto mayo on a ciabatta roll

 Roasted Portabella Mushroom

Grilled squash,red onions, pesto, balsamic glaze served on a ciabatta roll

 Housemade Pastrami

Swiss cheese, horseradish aioli,Dijon mustard, tomato, sweet onion, lettuce on a ciabatta roll


WSU’s School of Hospitality Sandwich Buffet

 

Sliced meats: turkey, roast beef, salami and pastrami,

Sliced cheese: cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, provolone, fresh mozzarella

Assorted breads

Condiments: Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pesto mayonnaise, regular mustard, horseradish sauce, balsamic glaze, tomato, and lettuce

The School of Hospitality Catering Services prides itself on using quality local products whenever possible. This includes WSU’s beef, Cougar cheeses, organic produce, honey, wheat & grains, and Ferdinand’s ice cream. Our goal is to showcase the best of WSU while giving our students practical experience in sustainable practices.
