Participating clients receive student consulting under mentor and faculty supervision that provides a fresh perspective and actionable plan for growth.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"crimson\" style=\"padding:10px 0;\"><strong>Criteria:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"intro\" style=\"padding-top:0px;\"><strong>Organizations seeking to engage with Carson Business Solutions should meet the following criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-top:14px;\">Required<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"CriteriaCheckbox\">\n<li>Willing to commit 16 hours during the 16-week semester, approximately 1 hour per week<\/li>\n<li>6+ months of financial statements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"padding-top:14px;\">Preferred<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"CriteriaCheckbox\">\n<li>6+ months of business history<\/li>\n<li>Willing to test and\/or implement recommendations provided by student teams<\/li>\n<li>At least two employees or board members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"crimson\" style=\"padding-top:20px;\"><strong>Project Types:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Beginning in August 2020, Carson Business Solutions will provide clients with a choice of one of the following three project types:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a plan for safe and \u201ctouchless\u201d customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Build an online e-commerce strategy to reach more customers<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plan to address critical business issues (e.g. general business strategy, competitive issues, marketing awareness, information systems, process improvement, overall profitability)<\/li>\n<li>Develop a plan for general business growth or expansion into new channels and markets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"crimson\" style=\"padding-top:0px;\"><strong>Our Process:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Carson Business Solutions uses an effective analysis and consulting model to develop informed, actionable recommendations for participating companies.
