The print center is available for use by all Carson College departments. It provides faculty, staff, and doctoral students with a convenient, inexpensive resource for printing and copying.

Due TO COVID-19, the print center is closed to walk-in traffic and only available for limited operations. If you have a specific printing need, please submit a ticket.

Services

INCOMING JOBS:

Printing and copying requests can be submitted via our on-line ticketing system. If you are unable to attach your document(s) to the ticket, please work with the Office of Technology to arrange for pickup and/or delivery.

EXAMS AND QUIZZES:

Let us know if your document is a quiz or exam. These can only be delivered in person to the professor or department administrative assistant, unless otherwise specified.

PRINTING AND COPYING:

Paper sizes: 8.5” x 11”, 8.5” x 14”, 11” x 17”, and 12” x 18”

SCANNING:

We can create high-resolution scans of your photos and graphics so you can use them in your publications.

FINISHING:

Stapling: top left corner, 2 staples left margin, up to 100 sheets
Saddle-stitched/folded: up to 20 pages (80-page document)
Watermark copying
Hole punching: 3-hole left, 2-hole top
Half-fold or tri-fold: up to three sheets together (different from saddle-stitching)

CUTTING AND BINDING:

Laser-guided, large-capacity paper cutting
Comb and coil binding

TURN-AROUND TIME:

During COVID-19 we are unable to offer one-day service. After you submit your ticket, the Office of Technology will contact you to discuss timeline and workflow.

EVENT PRINTING

Need printing for your CCB event or marketing campaign? We can meet many of your needs in-house without going out to central publications or a third-party vendor. For jobs that are bigger or require special needs we can assist you in communicating with central publications or outside vendors, so you get exactly what you need.
