PULLMAN, Wash. – WSU Ranked in the top 5% of online programs in the nation and is a leading program in the Pacific Northwest according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2020 ranking of the Best Online MBA Programs.

U.S. News & World Report also recognized the Carson College of Business as among the best online MBA programs for veterans, with a national rank of 13th. WSU is consistently ranked as a military friendly school and has a time-honored tradition of commitment to active-duty military personnel and veterans.

“We are proud to consistently be recognized among the top 20 best online MBA programs in the nation, especially since there are new entrants every year,” said Chip Hunter, college dean.

“I’m proud of the commitment and investment the Carson College of Business is making in our military-affiliated students,” said Matt Beer, the college’s military and veteran’s affairs manager. “When you combine our MBA program’s history of online excellence and a real investment of financial resources and programming, I’m convinced we’re uniquely positioned to continue supporting our students to help them achieve their professional goals.”

“The Carson College of Business online MBA programs enable students across the globe to acquire the necessary tools, skills and behaviors that lend to leadership success,” said Cheryl Oliver, associate dean for professional programs. “The rankings provide an opportunity for consumers to evaluate programs and determine if those align with their values. We focus on delivering on our mission to be the program of choice for those seeking an affordable, quality, online business education from a Pacific Northwest university. If that is recognized by an external evaluating group, we are grateful for the additional affirmation but do not adjust our strategy to try to meet an external measure.”

U.S. News & World Report’s rankings for Online Graduate MBA Programs were determined by engagement, student excellence, expert opinion, faculty credentials and training, and student services and technologies.
